What do you think of my Quads?

So I don't do any squats, due to lower back problems, but do I still have somewhat decent quads? Stats are 22"

Quads look good, especially if you don't do squats.

What do you do for quads?

You've got good sized and balanced quads. 22" isn't very big at 6' tall so they are looking bigger than that ... I'd have guessed more like 24"
What do you do for your quads and legs in general? I have to say as well that squats per se shouldn't be a problem for your lower back .... I have a very bad lower back (facet joint and discs) but squats really help to keep all the stabiliser muscles active and squatting has helped my back pain ... your spine is mainly supported by all the muscles that attach along the whole length. If squats are aggravating low back pain then your technique is the problem. Regardless, your legs are looking good

    Squat 165kg/363lbs
    Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

No Dls or anything like that, because of the reasons I listed below. Thanks though!

I mainly do legextensions, lounges and legpress. The reason for my lowerback problem are weak core muscles, my pectoralis minors are too short due to sitting too much infront of a computer and too short hipflexors. I'm working with a muscle therapist currently, and he's helping me get better. When I'm better I hope to be able to start doing squats. Btw, the measurement is unflexed. If flexed I too believe they're bigger than 22". Thanks for the feedback.

    Nice!

I'm surprised you're able to do that without squats or DL's.....I also have major lower back problems but I keep forcing myself to do squats and DL's because I was always told they're the most important lifts, maybe I should switch to what you're doing

I have pretty good genetics for my legs though. I get stretch marks all the time, the sides of my thighs looks like a pregnant womans belly. I would do squats if I was able to.
