Well, **** lady, your FS form is pretty much on point, so that's a keeper and a point in your hat!
As for your deadlifts, just have to pull back like Wade was saying. It's an odd concept but you'll get it. You're literally on the verge.
You're stiff-legging this weight, which means that if you can keep your hips down you'll probably fly off the platform when you pull it. As for the heart thing, I find trying to do a valsalva breath helps, a lot.
Don't listen to your head.

I mean, what else am I gonna do? Run?
Too funny, I was going back through recent posts because you know EXACTLY what Wade said LOL I was like "Did Wade post it here too?" Maybe it is more obvious than I thought. I have to go through and find the vid of my last PR. I already knew keeping my hips down was my issue, I just didn't realize it had gotten out of hand enough to cause pain.
My brain has been and still is the issue in much of my life.Team Ogre Mascot

sometimes it's just an appropach
Let's look at bench
Set of lats, go do 10 reps of abs
set of side raises, 10 reps of abs
By the time assistance is done, abs are done
When I get done with BP natls, I have to become my on client on Aplyft. So, the workouts you guys are doing, I will do as well as other stuff. So, we are about to find out if I still have it to do it. So, my sessoins for PL will lok similar but, I'll have SM and throwing events throughout the week and weekend and oly twice weekly.Squat: 1,040

LOL I love that movie. You always have the best gifs.
As for abs... I've honestly really like getting back to old-school stuff like toe touches and reverse crunches and decline crunches. OH! And stir-the-pots on a ball.
I'm so glad others find the ab wheel super challenging. Because ... holy heck."The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously."

Dude, if anyone can do 100 reps on the ab wheel they deserve a medal, lol.
That's a good approach. A breaking it up between workouts/sets would feel less tedious than doing 100 reps of ab work in one go.
Haha, omg. I can only imagine the chaos. At least they were primary teeth, I assume?PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

I usually try to superset the assistance overall (shrugs and curls, lats and rear delts) and then save abs for home to cut my gym time a bit shorter, but then again I slack at abs anyway so maybe this would be better

Oh hell no! Last summer when I was better about abs in general I had worked up to 10 reps, but only did like 2 sets and filled in with other stuff. Before my back I was only like 5 reps and now I won't even try.

Immediately, it's always immediately, lol.
It's just part of the ab wheel initiation process, really. >.<
True things are true, lol. I've been trying to do better with it too the past few months, it does help a lot to breathe properly.
Yay! Working out after an injury really messes with ya for a bit, always that period of worrying before you trust things again. Squats had my head all fluffed up after messing up my knee, but it passes.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Probably a good call to stop early on the SLDLs. Like... they SAY go hard or go home, or "you never regret a workout," but I've definitely regretted workouts that got me hurt and took me away from the gym. Glad you didn't reinjure yourself!
