Calling it Werewolf and Village, could be fine - a lot of sites does that
A 17 player setup with 4 wolves and 13 villagers. Where Village has a Seer(same thing as cop, as you saw in this game) and an Angel(chooses an player each night to protect - if wolves tries to kill that player same night, they will not succeed. Also Angel can't protect the same target twice in a row). And the wolves will have a Role Seer, who can choose a player each night, to check which role they have. Or give Mafia a roleblocker instead of role cop. Roleblocker chooses a target each night, and if that target has a power, their role power will be blocked(not function) that night. A bit stronger than role cop

That should be a balanced setup
