my guess is that the combo of both should work to some degree just enough. I would say that each alone woudnt make much of a difference. and that if you are truly fat/keto adapted then this should be enough but I may be wrong

For nutritional ketosis you would be correct about McT's helping to produce ketones . However with exogenous ketones being introduced which can lower the response to ketone production naturally, one would wonder how the body would react with the combination.

Shockingly, when doing medical trials, you give people things. I've posted numerous times about use. To register a .7-1.0 with BHB, takes 10g of BHB.

What were the state of the patients including glucose levels?

That's in a non keto adapted person. The numbers don't really change, for those in ketosis. If someone registers a 2.0, they'll go up to 2.7-3.0. It will drop within 2-3 hours.

I get that, I was more interested in knowing the level of carbohydrate consumption prior to use, testing, whether lowered or normal or even high. Interested in your findings, any significant details beside that simple conclusion.

I see that but how did yall not go through them for this considering this is using a blend which they supposedly patented? I ask because my concern is I buy this and then it ends up not being sold because of this possibly messing with that. my understanding of this would be slightly similar to but still a bit diff than TL/Ron and nitrates.

It would vary from person to person. I'm gonna play with this on my lower carb days vs higher carb days

Would there be any problem with adding some bulk agmatine, LCLT, ALCAR, Taurine and Creatine Mono to this? I have these laying around and usually add them to the pre's that don't include them.
