The injuries never end for 49ers fans. Our interior O-line depth was my biggest concern with this team after the safety position. Please be okay, Person.
Edit:
Matt Barrows of The Athletic later reported that Person's injury does not appear to be serious, and the guard may have had his foot wrapped too tightly during practice. There has been no update yet from the 49ers.
Just put all our starters strictly in the weight room until week 1. I don’t care if they’re rusty against TB and Cinci. Just please be healthy for the beginning of the season.Horny.

Ya, but some of them are doing it against third stringers. That said I expect our defense to make a huge leap this year which is awesome.
Need to have a bounce back game this week for the first string OL and Jimmy.
All in all glad we came away from this game relatively healthy.San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco Giants
Golden State Warriors
San Jose Sharks

Team looked good outside of the first string offense. Wasn’t just Jimmy G that looked like ****.
Not to worry though, anybody remember how awful our offense looked against the Saints in the preseason game with Harbaugh? It was alarming. The line was getting blown up right and left. Turned out we had a good offensive line that season.
Tavarious Moore and Tartt looked good at safety. All of our key guys stayed healthy. That’s what really matters. We need Person and Richburg back though.Horny.

Wasn't what I hoped for with Jimmy. Staley for beat many times which got Chubbs (I think) right in Jimmy's face. I can't expect Jimmy to go guns blazing right off the bat, but I would like him to make better decisions. I also try to remember that preseason is very vanilla, so we didn't get to see crazy designed plays. The offense as a whole played like garbage. Watching that interception again it looks like Marquise stopped his route and the other receiver might have ran the wrong route? They were so close together...
I cannot wait to see what the starting D looks like. Tartt looked like his normal self and was banging... Glad it wasn't a concussion. I think the next game we should be more starters out there which will be awesome!Free Agent...

I'm not freakin out. Other than the practice where Jimmy had 5 int, he has looked decent from all accounts. I hope they take the next game more seriously and use it as a true primer which they usually do.
I didn't notice Deebo or Jalen out there for too many plays last night. Mostly saw Bourne and James at WR. Wonder if they are giving them the most looks to see if they want to keep them or put some tape out there in hopes for a trade?LOL @ people who follow politics

Can't believe people needed to go back and rewatch 6 friggin preseason snaps but it has been done.
Good breakdown here.
thl on webzone also did a nice breakdown of them. The near pick 6 Matthews runs a pretty piss poor route making the read by the DB easy peasy.
Ugly game box score wise but shouldn't cause a ton of concern at least for Jimmy alone. I'm more worried about the OL lapses in protection. Hopefully getting Richburg and Person back in there will help.

I wasn’t worried but it sucked because I knew we were gonna have to hear about it everywhere for a few days.
Not only will Person and Richburg help a ton but maybe Staley won’t go into these games thinking he has an agreement with the edge rushers that they’re taking preseason lightly. Because Chubb embarrassed him.
Richburg should be better this season as well now that he won’t be playing hurt.Horny.

Thomas is looking much better this year. Incredibly excited to have bosa and ford with him. D Line has a real chance to be special.
JG looked sharp. I’d like to think we punch some of those in with Kittle playing. Encouraging play from JG certainly.
Genus, you may be right. The jet decision is going to be interesting.
That said, opener cannot come soon enough. It’s been what has kept me sane at work. With it being a 3pm kickoff, I’ll be nice and primed...bought tickets for $250 ea when the schedule was released, going for $400 now. Let’s F’n Go!!!

Hope I’m wrong about Jet honestly but tough to roster him with nothing to show for it.
Thomas looking much better but this DE crap needs to go. He’s an interior guy. Definitely better table any thoughts of having him break off into coverage. That was a ridiculous ask for him and the result will hopefully ensure that doesn’t happen again when it counts.
Good to see Jimmy play well, he’s still getting the rust off but with Richburg in at C, Kittle and Taylor our there we’re much better.
He still had a little inaccuracy earlobe but towards the end his ball placement was spot on. Even on that triple coverage to Pettis it was spot on. Tough grab for Dante but he had a chance at it.
