I used to take a bunch. Now I am down to multi, fish oil, energy tabs, & glucosamine. Only really take whey protein when I am traveling.

I have been stealing some of the wife's preworkout a couple times the past 2 weeks. I really like it and it doesn't have creatine in it. It's called Alpha GX7. I don't know if she got it from here or not.

lol tried a ton of supps when i was 17, dear lord how wrong i was when i realised the real deal wasn't from bcaa / creatine..

stopped taking fish oil for a long while, didn't experience any changes though. anyone has any anecdotal evidences?

i remembered sipping on xtend bcaa religiously for every workout, gave scivation and marc lobliner so much of my money fml

If I stop Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM my elbows hurt like a bastard. If I stop fish oil never noticed any changes, I think that's more of a long term health thing.
