I'm going shirtless because it's almost 80 degrees out - and also because I just deadlifted 385 lbs with a torn ACL, which makes me feel good.

While I understand why you would say that, I recently learned that the ACL is not required for deadlifting unless your legs are externally rotated out - like in sumo deadlifts. It's only activated when slowly lowering the weight while it's above knee height.

And yes, I was at home. I can get a solid pull day in - even without the rack. Still have to assemble the treadmill and get the mirrors and rack on the wall. Other than that, not a whole lot left to do.
