Damn we're on a new thread?!
Well! It's my Birthday! I'm a whole 23. GF made me a bunch of Peanut Butter Brownies... crushed oreos in the middle...
She also enabled the life, and bought me a ton of fun protein related gifts.
Egg Whites, Triple Nut (Cashew, Almond & Hazelnut) butter, Peanut Butter, Cacao Nibs, Peanut Flour, Whole Almonds, Protein Hot Chocolate, Protein Flapjack Mix, Protein Muffin Mix etc.. etc..
I'm very lucky! Anyway.. best get off to the gym, hope you all have a good day guys!

I don't hear much about it these days

happy birthday, youngin
you should wake her up and say "hey quit your menopausing, i can't sleep!"
typical childish post from you dude. do you see much lion bacon around? because that's what the t-red was. clearly they would use a more docile animal like the stegosaurus.
yeah, i think the Paleo-Friendly label got to be too unbelieveable on all the bread, milk, snack cakes, granola bars, whey protein, etc .right now gluten's where it's at
also this
lol
damn, let's jam beat you to the punch...you're starting to show your age, old man

I just don't know why so many people have an issue with it. Is it built on stupid principles? Yes. But just because the reasoning behind it is wrong, doesn't mean the diet itself is. If someone says the Earth revolves around the Sun, because it's tied to it by a string, obviously they're going to sound stupid, but they'll still be right in that the Earth does revolve around the Sun. It's the same here. A paleo diet is still very healthy regardless of why someone does it.

I don't think the issue is with the diet itself as it seems the issue is with the followers of the diet. As is the case with about any extreme diet, workout style, religion, political stance. You're always going to have people that think they're just better because they choose this lifestyle.
The sentiment would probably be the same if we called it the official nutmisc keto appreciation thread.
Happy birthday Monkay
