First time posting on here and I am starting a cycle of Epi Lean Shred on Monday. I would appreciate any input or advice anyone has for me. Here are the basics about me. I got out of the Marine Corps almost two years ago and within a year my weight went from 202lb to 236lb. I am 5'9" 29 years old and most of the weight I put on was fat, in the waste, neck, and face. 4 months ago I started crossfit and I have dropped down to 217lbs. My crossfit box has a higher than normal emphasis on lifting though, so I have also packed on a considerable amount of muscle mass in the past few months. My current PR's are: Strict Shoulder Press (185lb) Deadlift (435lb) Squat (345lb) Clean (215lb) Bench (235lb). Obviously my chest is my weakest point currently. I currently take the following supplements: 3000mg fishoil (daily) 3000mg D-Aspartic Acid (twice daily) 3 capsules Optimum Nutrition ZMA (daily before bed) 1000mg Glutamine (before workouts) 3 capsules Kre-Alkalyn (twice daily) BCAA's (during each workout) 60g casein protein (morning & night).
I am looking to cut down for a dryer look while still maintaining strength and gaining in a few areas by averaging 1500 calories a day (this is possible with proper nitrogen balance so I don't care to argue about this.) My research on EpiLean Shred has led to me choosing it to accomplish what I want. I will continue to take all current supplements. I have noticed a lot of good logs on this forum and I would like to document my results on here, as well as get as much advice, input, thoughts, etc I can from a collective pool of knowledge and experience. Looking forward to this.

Ok. Day 1. 3 caps of Epilean Shred. Not too tough a workout. 30 min AMRAP of 20 tire flips and 1/4 miles. Here are the before pics. Hopefully I will see less of a gut and a little more mass at the end of this.
Day 2, 4 caps of Epilean. Good strength/cardio mix today. 30 minute AMRAP - 5 Deadlift @ 245 lbs, 5 Bear complex @ 125 lbs, 1 rope climb, 5 band assisted muscle ups each round. Seemed like I felt a much harder pump than normal, we'll see if that continues as time goes on.
Day 3. 3 caps Epilean. Metcon WOD today. 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 air squats as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Finished with 50-40-30-20-10 of sit-ups and double unders. Pretty gassed at the end. Arms and shoulders still a little tender from yesterday. Weight is down 2 pounds to 215. Bench and straight leg DL's tomorrow.
Day 4. 4 caps Epilean. Workout today was five rounds of Body weight bench till fail and pull-ups till fail. Got a great chest pump going. I can tell I have a lot of work to do on chest though. Weight this morning was 214.
Day 5. 3 caps Epilean. Someone called out at work today so I was unable to hit the gym, (I work graveyard so ended up having to come in 6 hours earlier). I will hit the gym at work after I get off and do a quick back/bi workout. Noticed I retained some of the size from the chest pump from yesterday.
Day 6. 3 caps Epilean. Got a quick back/bi workout in this morning. Followed it up with a mile jog before I got home and went to sleep. For the first time in my life I can see 6 ab muscles peaking through my gut when tightening my core! Rest day tomorrow and back at it Monday!
Day 7. Rest day. Feeling good, liking the look in the mirror. Although it's minor at this point, even my wife noticed a more defined look. Almost like water shed look but with more muscle mass gain. I know these next two weeks are going to be the biggest results from this product and I am excited to see what's in store. Overall I feel great and can definitely tell my body has a lot more male sex hormones pumping through it.
Day 8. 3 caps Epilean. Good cardio workout. 5 rounds of 400m run, 30 (24") box jumps, and 30 (20#) wall ball shots. My weight is down to 213 and I am feeling great.
Day 9. 4 caps Epilean. Endurance lift day. 3 rounds of 50 air squats, 7 muscle-ups, and 10 hang cleans at 135#. Finished up with a complete clean progression workout up to 215 lbs. Feeling sore but very very solid and healthy.
