First off, you guys can call me a skinny *******, ridicule me or basically anything. Whatever it is, I deserve it.
The thing is that I hate doing legs. When I first started going to the gym(which was a couple of months ago), I only did upper body. I only wanted girls to notice me more and guys in my class to respect me. Now that I've worked out my upper body for a while and at least achieved somewhat of a foundation, I can see how bad my legs are. I've always been skinny(still am), and my legs are the worst. They're just ****ing non-existent. So I've really been trying to work my legs out, but I just can't ****ing do it. It's probably sound ****ing ridiculous(which it is), but I'm serious. Generally I dislike barbells, so I mostly use dumbbells. Therefore, I can't do regular squats. I've tried with dumbbells, but that sucks as well. I just can't get any joy out of it. But I've realized I can't let my body become even more disproportionate, so I need your help.
Is there any way to make doing legs fun? Any type of exercise? I just need some source of motivation, because I know I can't keep this going on. What do you guys do when you feel like not doing legs? Just man up and do it?
Please, I need some ****ing motivation!
Ridicule me all you want, I'm a pathetic ******* I know.

Do squats and leg press, to be honest to build decent legs that's all you need apart from exercises for calves. You want motivation? Wear shorts in the gym so that you feel like you need to do legs, also don't worry about the weights you use only about the technique and difficulty. **** the "I hate this exercise" mentality, if you are really in for the results trust me, in a week or less you should not care about getting bored.

I'm not going to ridicule you for disliking something, but you need to do barbell squats man. They're the **** when it comes to compound movements. Learn proper form, start light, and work your way to heavier weights. I have a love/hate relationship with squats. Squats are going to be hard, especially when you're working at 80-85% of your 1rm, but they will make your lower body strong as fuark.

Bench: 260

just say ouself that quads are the biggest muscles in the corpse, two more time big than pecs and back !
you can do legpress wich is very good exercice, or quads chair or squat one leg.
remember one time i try do do a full serie of squat one leg at 20 rm, only one leg (the other don't touch the floor),
do the first leg, do the other without rest (at 91kg) seems to me can refind my breath and go to syncope !!!
never more. always works in short set of 5/10 reps not at failure in a plage of 80%1rm - 60%1rm.
legs are the more hardly muscle to works !Calisthenics, Strengh and Cardio !

there's not really a way to make doing legs fun per se if you don't already enjoy it. I like lower body movements because there's nothing more bad ass than putting a heavy ass bar on your back or picking up a seemingly immovable object. my advice, as it usually is, is to do starting strength. dont just look at the program online, actually buy the book and do the program properly. you squat 3x a week for a measly 3 sets each day, you deadlift once or twice depending (for a single set of 5), and you get to do plenty of pressing and chin ups for your upper body.
