    Kept calories on the low side. I plan to eat my weight in pizza tomorrow. I felt like crap today. Needed two monsters to shake the cobwebs out of my head. Might be getting a touch of some sick. Been like this for the past three days, just kind of down. No lifting today either. My SI joint/hip was flaring up a bit yesterday with the pain going into my leg. I did not want to chance anything. No issues at work today so hopefully tomorrow will be some action.

    Oh weigh in on Thursday was 141.8, 3.5 pounds down from the last weigh in which was I think January 26th.

    Yup, rice and beans (though I gather the latter isn't a good option for you) are so cheap. I wish more people realized that it can be cheap to eat more whole, filling foods, as opposed to convenient foods that you need a lot to feel satisfied with, but only seem cheaper when you're not looking at price per serving.

    I'm sorry, I wish your guts would be more consistent with you, it'd be much easier to figure out what's safe and what's not. Sorry about work too, I'd be pretty annoyed with that chit, why can't people at least call in advance? ELike even if you're unsure, at least let the boss know it's a maybe, and give them time to make a back up plan just in case.

    Its so confusing and frustrating. I give up in trying to figure foods out, well almost. It seems my gut is more sensitive when I am fasted. I may go back on digestive enzymes.

    It is so rude and selfish of people. I guess it is the nature of the job. Its part time for most or a second job so they don't really care. Also no glory in cleaning and the pay is not super. It suits me because of my anxiety issues but I could definitely do without being the dependable one all the time.

    I got 40 extra bucks for doing that extra job on Wednesday so spent 23 for pizza. I don't even spend that much in a week. Worth every dollar though. I figure It was our valentines meal. We will be working and really don't celebrate that day. Every day is valentines to us so don't need no special day. A nice bit of food is all I ask. And was pleased with the weight drop.

    No gut issues, hooray! I figured starting with a yogurt bowl would be pretty good and I was right. It was perfect coming off my fasting day. I love that feeling of my first meal after a long fast. Energy was ok today even with the low calories. My hunger is triggered a bit now though. I put a nice roast in the slow cooker and the preparation stirred up the appetite some. The smell will probably wake me up form a dead sleep later but worth it.

    Calories were a bit high with that small snack at midnight. The first time in three weeks that I went off my plan. No biggie, not like it matters too much. Work was hard tonight with all the snow we got. I left early and got home late. This woman is pretty beat and I don't feel that good. Throat is scratchy and have got a bit of a headache. Probably just the stupid weather going from moderate temps to frickin cold and windy yet again.

    So got called in for extra work yet again. I am just giving up on lifting on Wednesday's. Jebus, I don't know what the problem is but if my boss wants me to work this other job too than I wish he would just tell me so I can plan accordingly. He makes it worth my while but the frustration and the extra slaving is wearing on me. I definitely got some sick going. Felt a little slow tonight. The right side of my face is stuffy and my throat is swollen and the cough is starting. Right now just low grade so I hope it doesn't get any worse, got two more work days to deal with.
