    Gonna be honest, I have never quite gotten the Deadlift form down. But practice makes perfect so I'm going to keep working on it.

    Barbell Lunges
    3 sets of 12 reps
    Tempo 3-0-1

    Felt a huge burn but said F it, I kept going. Sweating my Butt off.

    Boneafide half of a scoop is perfect.
    Focus is Tunnel Vision, not a crazy stim rush which is nice, u don't feel cranked out of ur mind. Nice and smooth with big Leg pumps felt today. As far as the taste of this pre, holy crap, taste is Outstanding. Doesn't even taste like a pre workout. Could easily drink this everyday if they came out with an intra workout with this flavor.

    Tmw is going to be Yoga after breakfast. Wednesday is Chest/Back, Friday is Arms. Thursday is Foam Rolling.

    Did a nice Yoga session this morning. Man was it tough, but I did my best. Ate 2 hard boiled eggs with half a cup of oatmeal afterwords. For lunch, I ate 2 big burgers from Gus Jr with a medium Fry and an Ice Tea. I know, not the healthier option, but I was craving burgers lol. Looking forward to tmw workout at 5 am Sharp. Chest and Back is on the agenda tmw. Expecting Big Pumps with intense Focus and nice crisp energy with Big Pumps. Really am enjoying Boneafide Pre Workout at 1/2 scoop. I'll post stats after tmw workout is Completed.

    Didnt use a lot of weight but felt a huge burn lowered the weight down for three sec and then exploded up. Man Tempo for this program is great.

    I'm not gonna lie, the pump was fricken Painful when I got to this exercise. Was pretty amazing feeling. Went lighter weight and squeezed at the top and held at the bottom just like it said to do. Watching my Tempo makes a HUGE difference in training.

    Took a few min to recover, then moved onto Back.

    Chin-Up

    After training, went to a Chinese food place and ordered Grilled Chicken and White Rice for post workout. Was delicious

    I am very impressed with this pre workout. Provides everything u need for a stellar workout. No junk. The mental focus is Incredible, the best feature other than the amazing taste. Locked in, just myself, the weights, and heavy metal. nice smooth non jittery energy that lasts the entire workout.

    Foam rolling tmw after breakfast, then hitting ARMS at 5am. Then week 1 will be completed. I encourage anyone who is looking for a new pre workout, check out Boneafide Nutrition Pre Workout. 1/2 Scoop is all I personally take and love it. I know that I can take a scoop but will stick to 1/2 scoop, why take more when it's not needed?

    Just completed a Foam Rolling Session. Good Grief, had a ton of Knots that I didn't even know about. I encourage anyone who is on the fence about foam rolling. Pick one up, it's a Fantastic Tool to use.

    Up at 5am for Arms. My personal favorite day of the week other than Legs. With Legs it's a huge Love/Hate Relationship lol.
