Question What supplement just made everything so difficult?

I just started loading creatine and beta alanine yesterday on my off day. I also changed to a different BCAA, EVL BCAA5000 cherry limeade (tastes awesome!)

Today I did Yoga and stopped 45 minutes in to it, to research Beta-Alanine a bit more and write this post because it was SOOOO much more difficult. I've done this workout about 10 times in the last 8 weeks and today I was falling out of positions, sweating a tun and feeling like I was exerting myself so much more.

My diet was the same as always. Am I just bitching because the Beta-Alanine is making me hotter and making it harder?

You also don't need to load creatine. Just take 3-5g daily.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Nothing else changed? Added stress? Bad sleep? Bad day at work? etc?

I would focus on if it continues to happen vs just a 1x occurrence.

Yeah...that's probably not from consuming a few amino acids.

I don't even see beta alanine on the ingredients of that product.

    Look to other variables.
