    WTF is wrong with me? Pooping 10+ times a day (srs)

    It's seriously getting on my nerves. I spend at least 10% of my day in the bathroom sh**ing. It's been like this for a long time so i finally decided to take it to the misc to see if anyone else has this issue or if there is a way to calm it down a bit.

    I'm currently about 4 months into a bulk and my diet is not followed to a T but usually goes something like this

    Breakfast:

    2 packets quaker protein oatmeal cranberry almond
    2 oikos greek yogurt triple zero
    cup of coffee w coffee mate fat free french vanilla creamer

    lunch (sometimes varies because i work afternoons to 6 and dont get a break to eat, but when i do its usually this):

    2 peanut butter, banana & fluff sandwiches on ww bread
    glass of 1% milk

    if at work i try to get something in because i work at a big car wash and i dont really get a break cause i work 6 hr shifts. so i usually grab a pro series muscle milk or two from the gas station across the street.

    Preworkout:

    protein shake dymatize iso 100 2 scoops w milk
    complex carb (bowl of whole grain cereal like mini wheats or raisin bran or another 2 oatmeal packets or banana)

    post workout:

    Protein shake same as preW.O
    sometimes small cup of grapes

    dinner: barilla protein plus pasta w sauce
    or top sirloin steak w brown rice (if i feel like cooking)
    either w glass of milk

    late snack: handful of almonds

    i also drink a lot of water throughout the day, at least 2 liters a day.

    supplements: musclepharm creatine blend, nutrex T-up (just started this today tho), magnesium(also started today), one-a-day mens multi, beastmode preworkout by beast labs

    could it be the amount of dairy i intake every day that causes this massive amount of sh*ts??? it's really getting on my nerves. I just spent like 25 mins in the bathroom at the gym at the end of my workout today... i hear a lot of people say they only go like 2-3 times a day on a bulk. Why am i sh*tting my brains out all day long? SRS

    edit: i also fart like 30 times a day its really embarrassing if im around people i have to try to hold em in or something

    trust me u are one of the lucky ones. I wish i was like you. I might cut back on the dairy and see how it goes but i hate cooking food 24/7 so its one of the quickest and easiest sources of protein for me

    no, no pain at all and no blood. Just unbelievable amounts of gas throughout the day and way too many BMs

    Still might be worth going to a doc. Mention Crohn's/UC to him.

    A lot of Crohn's bros I know, including myself, found out by going to the doc with similar symptoms to yours. In fact I just went in for a check up and just mentioned that I occasionally got a little gas pains and pooped and farted a lot. Bam, a week later and a sh*tload of tests I was diagnosed with dat dere Crohn's.

    when i wasnt bulking i was still going around 5 times a day. But since ive been eating more its been waaaay more often. And yes I've bulked like this before and had the same issue

    Have you considered taking fiber supplements like Metamucil?

    They help make things more normal.

    Bulking should involve increased pooping, but not that much.

    try cutting out dairy for just a couple days. i was ****ting like a monster and was always gassy when i used to drink a **** ton of milk and eat a lot of dairy. after i cut it like 95% out, even while bulking i chit a normal amount and barely fart anymore

    The thing with Crohn's is, it's a very varying disease. No one case will ever be the same. Some people get it really bad and experience massive complications. While people like me get little flair ups now and then but generally I forget I have it most days.


    It's 100% manageable, however, there is no cure and we have no idea what actually causes it. It's a lifelong illness. Yes, you will need medication, typically immunosuppresants and coritcosteroids. To explain exactly the details of the disease and go in depth would take hours. You probably don't have it, but there's no harm getting checked. If they think you have it, they will book you in straight away for a Colonoscopy to get a definitive answer.
    UC and Crohn's is actually a super interesting, very weird disease. I recommend to anyone to do some reading about it. There's just not enough awareness for a disease that can be so crippling.

    I'm gonna do this, and make my shakes with water instead. Also gonna go get lactase pills and Lactaid milk and see if it helps. I gotta have some type of milk for cereal n chit

    Maybe go a few days without milk, yogurt or whey and see if you notice changes.

    I poop like twice a day and with fibre it only takes about 2 minutes.
