Can i stack Multivitamin, CLA and Fish oil Supplement at the same time?

Hey! I've been training for quite a while now, and i'm currently on my cutting period.
While my macros are on a deficit number, i really want to maintain my Vitamine/antioxidants level.
And just wondered if using these supplements simultaneously could bring any damage to my body?

(And yes i know, its different from person to person, just wanna see your guys thoughts on this)

I currently Use
Optimum Nutritions: CLA, MULTIVIT & Fish Oil supplement.
(I also use Creatine Monohydrates)

Considering that CLA isn't doing anything for you, I'd drop that, but just about everyone on these forums takes a multi and fish oil. Just ensure you're getting at least 2000mg of combined DHA/EPA per day.

There is no issue with combining all of those. I would drop the CLA though.

You're fine to take all of those. I'd just keep the CLA in there. If you already bought it then I would finish it out if I were you.

This.. and drop the CLA, it isn't doing you any real favors and TLDR it's not very good for you.

Not a problem...I also am not a big fan of CLA but if you insist its fine to take them together.

Your good to go on those, although CLA you can drop.
