thanks guys, still debating whether to push my 181 total up higher or just go to 198 where my height might do better since I am competing with guys in the 5'3"-5'5" range.

walking weight is usually 194, did some carb manuplation before so I cut about 9lbs or water in 24 hours of my weigh in.Originally Posted by invain
