Fasted Training : BCAA's, WHEY, NONE?

So i've began Intermittent Fasting. I need to know if it's okay for me to lift while i'm in the middle of my fast, and still have 5 hours left until my first meal.

Here's a quick rundown of my schedule.
    Wakeup: 10:30am
    Workout: 11:00am
    First Meal: 4:00pm
    Last Meal: 11:00pm
    Sleep: 3:30am

So is it safe to do this? I have read taking whey after working out while fasted will ruin the fasted state. Can I take BCAA's? Will this ruin the fasted state? Will it help preserve muscle? I'm pretty new to BCAA's, I really have no idea how they work or if I should/can be using them here.

So if you guys think lifting in the middle of my fast won't work, I CAAAAN push my workout to 2:00, open my window at 3:00 making my window 8 hours instead of 7 hours, so that way I COULD get in a meal within an hour of after working out. But this would literally F*** my schedule up. And I really wouldn't want to do this. So again, is it safe to just workout at 11am, take bcaa's 15 minutes before, and not have any muscle loss or issues with gains?

Thanks guys. Really need the insight here, been looking and can't find an answer to this question!

You have to "ruin" the fasted state sometime

What is the consequence to "ruining" the fasted state anyway?
The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

the concept of fasted training is so simple that there's not much else to go for when trying to overthink it.

    What's your main goal?

You can't expect any solid answers if you don't specify what exactly you're trying to accomplish.

Ok, so Alan Aragon himself replies to his post, and he never returns to the conversation...

I have heard and read that BCAA's are crucial for holding onto muscle during fasted training. Not sure of the actual validity of that but I do it because BCAA's are 0 cal anyway so it wouldn't break your fast.

When I do fasted cardio in the morning I was take branched chain amino acids along with my coffee. I think the combination is excellent for energy as well as maintaining muscle

BCAAs are not 0 cal, but as long as you consume less than 50cal you will still remain in the fasted state.
