Question Nutrition advice if you are going gym in early morning

    Hi guys

I visit gym every early morning on 6am when it opens so I wake up at 5 so wanted to know what to eat before going gym. Currently I have my whey protein shake and a banana for my protein and carbohydrates intake. If you think that this is not sufficient then please give me advice on what else I can take.

What may be "sufficient" for you might not be for us.

It's your own personal preference, you could eat anything at all. Or nothing at all.

Eat as much as you can whilst not feeling like chit in the gym. Definitely get in carbs in before, and protein either before or after, doesn't really matter. Morning workouts make it tough to do this sometimes. Easily digestible foods, or liquid shakes like blended meal replacement shakes or protein shakes are fine. Whatever works for you.
    Row from the floor.
    Eat the damned yolk.

What works for you may be different than what works for me or say anyone else. You're going to see what works for you (food vs no food).

I train fasted right now at about 9am. Disclaimer; I hit my macros the day before, also I do carbs with fiber before I go to bed. The next day when I train fasted in the AM, all I'm having preworkout; coffee, water, creatine, and my pre-workout and I'm good to go. Eat after lifting and eat throughout the day.

    Good luck!

The lazy man's breakfast is either a protein shake and a granola bar or some protein-infused cereal
