Haven't watched OPM but from what I've heard and seen it had a similiar sort of vibe. It's definately different though, however I never really rated either of those shows dropped after first few episodes

lets not ignore the fact Messi has a far superior team supporting him and they have the strongest forward line up in the world (or at least on par with Germany). Just look at where all of the players from both teams play, Argentinians are in Spain, England, little bit of France and Italy, but the Portugese have more than half of their squad still playing in Portugal and Turkey which aren't on the same level as the others. Also, Di Maria himself is worth hnnnnnng over because of those sexy assists. Then you have to take into account the position Ronaldo is forced to play in the NT vs his left wing position at RM, he has far more opportunities and connection at his club. I do agree he hasn't been the best for Portugal but throw him into the Argentinian lineup and he would do just as good as Messi.
