Goodday all , i am after a short cut a bit to skinny overall and lost some muscle too ..
Anyone got some advice to lose my last bellyfat? on how many % i am ?? and it is stubborn??
Please any help is welcome.

Hard to say from this angle, but I am guessing it is under 10%.
If you ask me, you should switch to maintenance, and lean bulking from the recent shape.

Ok well it will make my day or even my year already if it is around 10-12% .
I really had some mental problems last months...
