    Changed to a full body routine, something I was planning on doing after running out 531 Leviathan. Everything was going fine for the most part but I guess I lost interest. I've noticed that aside from the occasional pause rep, I've mostly stuck to standard form for my SBD. Going to really push front squat, floor press, and sumo deadlift for the near future.
