7/22 Intensity
Squat 425x3x2
Bench 290x3x2
Deadlift 510x3x2
Had to hurry so no chin ups or ab work. Maybe could have got one set five reps for each exercise but decided to play it safe. Will keep volume and intensity the same but go for five reps instead of triples next week.http://voidempathy.blogspot.com/

Pull Ups 5x5 Chin Ups 5x5x2
Ab stuff
Another reset. Third time's a charm lol. Bar speed at 325 was the same as when I was doing 405 for sets of five, which I assume is a bad sign. I'll do 3-4 weeks of Starting Strength style progression and take it from there.http://voidempathy.blogspot.com/
