Kind of an unorganized week that culminated in a deadlift rep pr. I hit 500 for 10 almost exactly 4 years ago, so only getting a pr by 1 rep objectively sucks. On the plus side I feel like I could have got 12-13, and overall I believe my training has been more consistent recently.
