Last night:
OHP 4X10X90*
Cable rows 4X10X140
Tricep pushdowns 4X10X75
Ab work 5X15
Leg Press 4X10X310
Skipped the treadmill because I had an appointment to get to.
Decided to do 90 instead of 100 because my lower back was bugging a little. 90 was still heavy, but didn't cause me any issues.

Bench press 1X10X135, 1X8X135, 2X10X135*
Lat pulldowns 1X10X140 3X10X120
Barbell curls 4X10X40
Treadmill 30 minutes at 3.4, never going back down to 0.0 incline.
I baled after 8 on my second set because I wasn't sure if I could get more and wasn't ready for the girlfriend to save me. I talked to her about how to help if I fail. Then was able to get 10 on my next two sets, although it was real close on the 4th set.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Friday night I did OHP, bent over barbell rows, barbell curls, and leg press.
Saturday I went on an over 2 mile long hike through a nature preserve. It had some pretty steep inclines and declines, but I had no issues. The girlfriend had to stop and catch her breath a few times, but she trucked through the whole way too. It was nice to get out in nature and put that time on the treadmill to use. Plan on going back several times. And planning on taking the extra path marked as strenuous for a Valentines Day date. Supposed to be a beautiful lookout view after the strenuous hike

Busy weekend, no gym Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Diet is still good, but I have some areas that need improvement. Weight still going the right direction.
Gym last night
Bench press 1X10X145 1X9X145 5X9X145 1X12X135*
Hammer strength pull down 4X10X180
Tricep pressdowns 4X10X80
Overhead tricep cable extensions 3X10X50
5 sets of abwork
30 minutes on treadmill at 3.5
*Weight felt real heavy. On third set it felt heavy in my hand and was bugging my wrist, that's why I dropped down to 135 for the final set.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Last night:
Cable rows 4X10
Overhead press 4X10X100*
Dumbbell curls 4X10X25
Ab work 5X15
Treadmill 30 minutes at 3.5**
*OHP felt light, I actually did an extra two reps on my last set. Will be going up to 110
**Treadmill kicked my butt. I couldn't get my regular 21 minute routine done, dropped out at 9.0. But I kept going and only lowered the incline, not the speed. No clue why it was so hard.
Diet has been lacking, and I haven't been tracking. I've been getting 3 cookies (600 calories) with my lunch most days, and my dinner portions are a little bigger than they should be. That all has stopped now though. I was 310.6 this morning. If I eat clean today, and from here forward, I have a real shot at a net loss for the weekly weigh in tomorrow, and know I'll be at a new low next week.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Don't go by body weight percentage, particularly when you're still overweight. 145 is a very respectable weight, and if your hands and wrists aren't in their optimal position it can cause problems.
The wrapping might help with the positioning of your hands under the bar, or if nothing else will give your tendons some much-needed support.“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.”

Last night:
Bench press 1X10X155 1X9X155 1X5X155 1X10X135*
Lat pulldowns 4X10X120
Tricep cable pressdowns 1X10X72.5 3X10X80
Treadmill at 3.5 for 30 minutes**
*I was benching 155 not 145 for the last few sessions, was just doing math wrong. My wrists felt fine, it was just too heavy. I'm going to drop down to 135 next session and then increase 5lbs per session until I stall again.
**Treadmill felt bad as soon as I stepped on it. Didn't try to make it to 10 incline. Went 0-6 @ 0.5/minute, then 1-6 @ 0.5/minute, and then 5-1 @ 1.0/minute9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Last night:
OHP 4X10X110*
Lat pulldowns 4X10X120
Ab work 5 sets of 15
Tricep extensions 1X10X80 3X10X85
30 minutes on treadmill at 3.5
First time I've ever put 110 over my head. And I was able to do 39/40 as strict presses, only needed a leg pump assist on the 10th rep of the 3rd set.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Last night:
Cable row 4X10X140
Bench press 4X10X140
Dumbbell curls 4X10X25
Treadmill 30minutes @3.5 or more speed
Cable rows were easy, need to up weight next time.
Bench press was way heavier than it should be. All reps were paused at the chest, but form broke down on the 10th rep of the 3rd and 4th set.
Dumbbell curls were fairly easy. Will probably do one more workout at 25s and then move up to 30s.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Bench press 4X10X145
Cable rows 2X10X140 2X10X120*
Tricep pressdowns 4X10X80
Ab exercise 4X10 & 3X20
Treadmill 30 minutes at 3.5 and above
*Used a different machine with different attachment than usual. 140 was just too much weight on this combo.
Bench was heavy, but didn't hurt. I'm really focusing on form, and pausing with the bar on my chest.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

OHP 4X10X110*
Lat pulldown 4X10X120
Dumbbell curls 4X10X25
Ab work 4X20
Treadmill: Less than 30, but did my 21 mnutes at 3.5, and ended with a few minutes at 4.0
*I failed short of 10 on the 3rd and 4th set. Don't remember the exact number. It was heavy as ****.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Missed the gym for four days in a row, but was back to it last night
Bench press 1X10X155 2X7X155 1X8X155*
Cable rows 2X10X140 1X10X160 1X10X145
5 sets of ab work
30 minutes on treadmill at 3.5
Made my way back up to 155 on bench. Wrist felt fine, the weight just felt heavy. I'm stopping short of failure because I don't fully trust my girlfriend to save me. When I stop, I may have one more rep left, but it would be sloppy. Will stay at 155 until I can get a clean 4X10
Skipped tricep pushdowns because all the pulleys were taken. I love tricep pushdowns, but my triceps are probably my most developed body part, so skipping it isn't going to hurt anything.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

I haven't quit.
Was in the gym on the 29th or 30th?
Benched 155 with no wrist pain, cable rows at 160, curls with 25s and 30 on the treadmill @ 3.5 or more
Have a bad cold right now. Won't be in the gym for a few days.
Diet still OK. Need to cut out the sweets I've picked up recently. But the weight continues to come off. I'm pretty confident I'll be under 300 by the end of January.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs

Nice work keeping up with the weight loss!
Don't let yourself lose the gym habit, though, that can lead to undermining your other goals. You've been making great progress on those weights, I'd hate to see you lose it.“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.”

Didn't go 1/22.
Hitting the gym tonight and tomorrow.
I'm officially back at it.
Put on 5+ pounds this last week and a half eating crap and not exercising.
I'm also not going to be updating here often, or spending much time at all on this website. If anyone is reading this, know that I am still working towards my goals. I expect I'll be back to check in in a few months.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs
