Yeah bro because you might look in the mirror and hate yourself if you don't take them. The person looking back at you will have a disappointed look and shake his head, and then what will you do? How can you live with yourself knowing you didn't take in those three amino acids to be used for instant energy because you haven't been meeting your macro? Further, that person looking back at you will shake their head even more because you're not meeting your macro and then before your eyes your physique will just start to disintegrate before your eyes.

Clear Muscle isnt BCAA though...

The original Xtend study with Stoppani was the 10lb bcaa study. No diet protocol, no peer review and only an abstract. More than two years ago

Everyone used it to say Bcaas are amazing etc etc when in fact it was not a realistic study to reference given all of its flaws.

These amino acids have a purpose... but ****, we need the other amino acids to form a complete protein when it comes to building or maintaining lean muscle tissue. Great... stimulate MPS... yeah, now what? ( I know you know this ... just speaking aloud. )

You're referencing Jacob Wilson and Ryan Lowery's HMB study, I think. Two clowns that falsified their data that opened up their new business venture called: Applied Science & Performance Institute. The irony.

John Meadows states you need all 9 essential amino acids to push MPS past basal rate and lower protein breakdown. Which is what current science states from multiple guys that look like ^^that
