So I started my contest prep 16 weeks out, I slowly tapered from 4000 calories to 3250 starting 20 weeks out, however, I started at 215 lbs @6'4 approximately 15% bf. Now I'm sitting at 200 lbs 9-10% bf, and I'm 10.5 weeks out, I feel if I keep losing weight at the pace I am I will definitely will be too skinny to compete, I brought up my calories from 3000 to 3300 in order to help with the super fast weight loss, but now I'm not sure if I should try to get down to around 5-6% bf and try to stay there or just stay at maintenance until like 6 weeks out.
Ideas?
