TBH, I don't actually have a valid justification for why I normally avoid ab workouts like the proverbial plague! I guess I simply appreciate different sorts of activity more like lying about all day (perhaps I'm just plain old lazy!) However, when my assistant recommended that I attempt this ab routine consistently for a month, it appeared to be an interesting challenge without impacting my usual routine. What’s 5 minutes in your day anyhow? What's more, I’m glad I did… now have zero second thoughts.
A side note before we jump into the basics of my extended excursion: I took this challenge as tomfoolery but I’m impressed! All in all, I'm not saying that a month of doing likewise ab exercises each and every day will get you to the highest point of fortifying your basic core. Before you choose to take on another preparation routine, talk with wellness expert to take sure it's a shrewd action for you.
