As for the Xtend i love the pineapple and strawberry kiwi. I use it during the day when you get that sweet craving.. mid day.. I cant drink anything but water when I workout so intraworkout is def out of the question.

Watermelon and Blue Razz are delicious!!!
Typically use between meals or upon waking if not going to be eating breakfast right away.

Mango is my favorite flavor of Xtend. I've tried several flavors but not all of them. I put a scoop in with my Cytomax on longer bike rides. The inclusion of cordyceps in Xtend Perform has my interest. I've never tried cordyceps but I'm curious about how much they would help me during cycling season.

If I had to narrow it down to just one flavor, I'd probably go with Watermelon as my favorite, although you could probably twist my arm to say about 3 or 4 others that could take the top billing. I use 1 scoop pre-workout and 1 scoop during my workouts so I run through a 90-serving tub pretty quickly. But it makes a huge difference in my workouts, so the investment is definitely worth it.
I really like the look of Xtend Perform and can't wait to either try it out myself or read some reviews from others who are using it. I like seeing the constant progression in the supplement industry to improve or add new items to the market.

Oh hell yeah!!! I have had Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, Mango, and Strawberry Kiwi of Xtend and I thought they were all damn good and spot on with the flavor however if I were to choose my favorite I would have to say Watermelon. Taste just like I'm slurping watermelon juice from a piece of fresh watermelon. I always like to use during my workouts and sometimes Ill just sip on it throughout the day. Haven't had the chance to try Perform yet but really can't wait to. Xtend is at the top of my list of favorite bcaas so can't wait to try the upgraded version in Perform and that black cherry flavor is calling my name. Scivation baby!!!

My favorite flavor of Xtend so far has been watermelon. I drink my Xtend intra-workout. I'm a big follower of Layne Norton and the research and programs he has put out (currently on phase 2 of his PH3 program), so I have always followed his recommendations and research on BCAAs. I don't leave the hospital til 6 and don't get back from the gym until 8-8:30, and the BCAA's definitely help with endurance, especially when going so long between meals and when cutting.
As someone who does both bodybuilding and a good amount of cardio, Xtend perform looks very interesting. According to the UNC study done on Cordyceps militaris, the group taking PEAKO2 had a significant increase in VO2 and time to exhaustion over the control, so it seems like a good choice for those that want the benefits of BCAAs for weight lifting as well as aerobic benefits from PEAKO2.Aminocore and Allmax Samples Review
