I've seen some entry fees run all the way up to $250 per competitor. Usually you get a goodie bag with some supplements, a t-shirt etc.

The runs aren't cheap to host. They need to have medics on site just incase someone passes out. Also lots of marketing, advertising etc.

That's a shiny dime right there at $250. Im sure ranges are lower and some may be higher but it is what it is.

I know this wasn't directed to me, but I'll say that in my experience, it's more of an energy/focus pre. The pumps were there, but the drive, focus, and endurance boosts were the most obvious to me.

Are they taped with masking tape? I'll say yes then technically, thats how some companies sell stuff at costco. Minus the masking tape though lol.

Tried it today, the pure L-Citrulline, Arginine Nitrate, PeakO2, Gooseberry w/bcaas provided reliable energy/pumps & L-Theanine w/3g L-Tyrosine + Caffeine enabled me to remain collected between sets and while executing reps.

Quake 10.0 is amazing for a pre workout. Gives me good pumps but above all it's the energy/focus that makes it spectacular. I can really notice a difference with the Capros personally. I'm on my third tub now and been recommending it like crazy.

Thanks for the input! Most of the reviews on it have been very good. Some of the reviews on the site say it's more energy/focus and some say sustained pumps so i'll just have to see for myself the next time I buy preworkout lol.
