Nice man! that is awesome. I recently made the attempt to kick my Monster every morning habit by using Xtend Go. 200mg caffeine in the morning is about what I need. I usually just wear thermals under regular clothes then a carharrt hoodie. If it's real cold i do the same thing but add in carharrt insulated bibs too. I have arctic muck boots and manzella gloves in various levels of warmth.

I just have a regular forced air furnace burns heating oil (diesel) my house is well insulated and has 2x8 construction, pair that with a daylight basement for the first level of my house. Holds heat pretty dang well. Furnace has been coming on more often but nothing crazy.

My wife was telling me the boiler at work never shut off the whole times she was there and the temperature didn't go above 60. So that kinda sucks for her. She's wearing layers and thermals to sit in an office lol.

Coldest I've personally experienced is about -65, honestly once it's passed -40 it all feels pretty much the same. Just gotta bundle up and try to not be outside for very long. Despite it being so cold I stayed warm.
