hi i would ask some question about cutting season and routines
first what is cutting season?? is it differnt from any other season or what??? do i lift less or even more during cutting season
would it make a differnces if i change my routines either like on monday i ussually do barbell curl hammer curls and DB curl in that oder would it make a differnce if i did the order in back wards??
one more thing i really cant do the reverse wrist curls it really get me stress out cause i cant do it so is there any excerise i can do to replace the reverse curls i love the regular curls
