The struggle is real. Love the brute strength I have at 180 but can't really run at 180. Can run great at 150 but not in bear mode at 150.

I think your elbow tendonitis migrated over to me, take it back!

Hey hammie glad you got my 1001st post
That's too bad about the elbow are you resting arms now? Mine's ok but pull ups still not feeling great. I might just quit them as not rly necessary for powerlifting

But I used to like the badass feels of them in the gym:/

    Forgot to log deadlift day

    Triples were 135 145 155kg
    Front squat 3x8 70 72.5 75kg
DB press with the 27.5kgs 3x7 hey ill be pushing the30s soon wahey
1 set of pullups that hurt a bit

    Bench day
    3x8 tag bench 60 61.5 63kg
I have 4 new quarter kilo fractional plates dey are cute af. My gym keeps taking plates away from us because we don't tidy up. They figure the less chit we have the less chit we can leave lying around. It's annoying af but idk any other gyms with nice equipment which are as cheap
3x6 DB ohp with the 17.5kgs
3x8 DB row with the 45kgs
3x6 wide grip seal row 60kg
3x5 dips with 14kg on belt
Toothache is nearly gone thank God pain is down to like a 1.5 when it was a 8.5

Good to hear the ache is going down. Dental pain can be excruciating and doesn't always stay limited just to the teeth.

I notice more elbow issues with pressing than with pull ups but I also rarely ever try pullups so that might be why. True we don't focus on that much in powerlifting. Why I claim not to do those or push ups. Okay and I also can't reach most of the spots, the assisted machine doesn't go up enough for my height and it's too much effort to find a tall enough step to help. I also have to step on the seat in order to reach lat pull down, so yeah...

ooo quarter kilo plates. My gym is a hassle too not cause the tiny plates are hidden but because they don't have any 2.5 even. The couple of times they did get some in they disappeared after a week. So, I have my own .5 lb plates now but don't always use them. It's a challenge when the smallest plate are 5lbs.

Lol.im too short for the pullup bars too but luckily we have a handy step
My gym has 1.25kg plates so that's the 2.5s right? No way can you manage without those even for legs
I like the micro plates for forcing my bench up or it would never move
Adding just 1kilo at a time fools my muscles into hardly noticing the increases
Thinking of bringing duck tape and sticking them onto the ends of dumbbells as they go up in massive jumps for me

    Squat day
    Triples were 110 112.5 115kg
Its weird but losing weight seems to have only affected my squat
I'm still off sugar weight droppingoff me meh

Glad your toothache is doing better. That's annoying AF. Nothing like some excruciating pain to piss you off while you're trying to eat, sleep, and exist, ugh.

That's too bad about the elbow are you resting arms now? Mine's ok but pull ups still not feeling great. I might just quit them as not rly necessary for powerlifting
Nope, didn't rest arms at all. Threw an elbow strap on there, was angry AF for like 3 weeks straight, and kept going. I've been rehabbing it so it's way better now. Pull ups are not necessary no, I like them because they build character, and very few other people at the gym do them, so yes I like feeling like a badass at the gym too lulz.
I have 4 new quarter kilo fractional plates dey are cute af. My gym keeps taking plates away from us because we don't tidy up. They figure the less chit we have the less chit we can leave lying around. It's annoying af but idk any other gyms with nice equipment which are as cheap
I have fractional plates I bought from Rogue. I've taken stuff like that to the gym with me and just put labels with my name on them lmao.

I like the micro plates for forcing my bench up or it would never move
Adding just 1kilo at a time fools my muscles into hardly noticing the increases
Thinking of bringing duck tape and sticking them onto the ends of dumbbells as they go up in massive jumps for me
The math sounds about right. Unfortunately, my gym does not have the 2.5 lb plates though at least it has three racks that include oly plates. For deadlift and squat I've been left with increasing by 10 lbs at a time. Though now could use the .5 lbs to get up to 4lbs at least, just haven't yet on those.

Dumbbells are terrible too but rarely use them. I can never find the ones I need at the gym.

Idk why my DB row is so strong it's not like I got huge lats or anything lol It's a mystery but I think they help my deadlift

Yeah I guess the short arms might hinder dips...they are awesome and badass for sure
