In for the voodoo clean too. My curiosity is jumping. ;-)

I do agree on the walkout for squats. It's a pain at the moment and sometimes on my old program I saw the numbers and thought the person that came up with the numbers was crazy, but it helps having that heavy snit on the back. Makes the attempts at maxes seem not so bad when unracking. That mental game needs worked too.

    Deadlift day

    Triples were 130 140 150kg
    High overloaded box squats Amrap 120 130 130kg (5 3 3)
Continental clean and reverse presses up to 42.5kg

    https://youtu.be/X6ifU3zSN8g
    I did the vid
Idk much about form cos as far as i know combining this clean with this press is not actually a lift and i dont know of anyone who does it. Its just me experimenting to find a safe way to get weight from the floor to above my head.

I guess since i invented it i can name it voodoo clean & press ?!

No upper body today im on elbow deload

Tbh i can barely do a proper clean either as i frequently fallover. This version is actually way easier, the bar stays closer to your body and you dont need to be good at rack position

Still on elbow deload not much improvement

Picked up 4 kegs this evening - i need them for my strongman training and they were going begging so my house looks like a brewery atm
I cant leave them outside bc the scrap metal gypsies will steal them. True story i hired a skip once (dumpster?) And my driveway wastoo narrow to get it in without removing my gates. So we took the gates off and the next day scrap metal men stole them.

So now i just have to.find out how to fill the kegs. Got a feel will be complicated. If i have 4 all diff weights thatll be awesome.
