During a fantastic first victory for my basketball team, I unfortunately copped a mean contusion in my bum and couldn't run today. Instead I did an upper body session.

2 x 2 minutes 15son/off battle ropes

My hamstring is almost completely healed I think.
2 weeks ago I could only do 5 reps for a single less Swiss ball curl but today was stopped at 20 (had plenty left in the tank). Going to continue doing more hamstring tendon work but I pretty much have complete freedom for track and gym work.aussie cawk pulla crew

3x5 trap bar jumps
Worked up to a 100kg hang clean (failed attempts at 110kg)
3x(5 weighted chins 15kg into 20x side plank row)
5x10m weighted bear crawl sled pulls (sled + 10kg)
Also in an effort to lose weight, I'm doing a carb counter for each day.
My starting weight as of today is 90.2kg. I'll check in two weeks time again.

8 x 300m continuous (100m sprint, jog, walk)
This is a great session following the squats and leg hyper trophy from Thursday sessions. Body feels great.
