I HAD POSTED ON NUTRITION FORUM BUT I NOTICE I DID NOT HAVE MY FULL MEAL PLAN ON THERE! SO YA RE POSTING THE FORUM TO BEGGIN
Hello everybody! my name is jd slim and i been working for about a month now.Back then i used to go on and off missing several weeks even months. I DID JIM STOPPANNI WORKOUT FOR ABOUT 9-10 WEEKS THEN STARTED BIG MAN ON CAMPUS JUST TWO WEEKS AGO.Ever since i started going to the gym i feel happy and more confident and found my new passion.Proper nutrition was always an obstacle for me because im in college and dont work much hours,only making $9 per week working 20 hours and paying la fitness membership,gas,food,insurance,etc and did not know what to buy!! but after i seen everyone else meal plans i came up with my own on a budget. I just started 2/8/16 having a meal plan which consist of
MEAL 1: 1 large potato,3 boil egggs,1 wheat bread and peanut butter,1 FISH OIL
MEAL 2: 1 BANANA 1 APPLE 1 PROTEIN BAR
MEAL 3: WHOLE WHEAT BAGEL,AMERICA CHEEESE, 2oz of chicken breast
MEAL 4: GREEK YOGURT
MEAL 5: 1 CUP WHITE RICE 1/2 BLACK BEANS 4oz chicken breast
MEAL 6: WHEY PROTEIN,CREATINE,OATMEAL, 1 TEASPOON PEANUT BUTTER AND ONE BANANA ( ALSO USE FOR POST WORKOUT)
I did not KNOW ABOUT CREATINE UNTIL YESTERDAY 2/7/2016 AND I PURCHASE IT!!!!!!
I HAVE GNC BRAND CREATINE MONOHYDRATE AND I ALSO PURCHASE GNC BRAND AMINO ENERGY.

I REALLY WANT TO BODY BUILD BUT I FEEL LIKE IAM LOST LIKE IDK WHETHER TO CUT UP OR BULK???? WHATS THE BEST MEAL PLAN?? PROPER EXERCISE?? ETCCCC!!! I WANT AND NEED SOME SERIOUS GAINSSSSSS!! SOME TIPS IS MUCH APPRECIATED AND NEEDED!!! LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
