19 yrs old and I have been overweight my entire life. Wanted to make a change so I had Been doing resistance training 5-6 days a week for the past two years but I never once started tracking my calories until 10 weeks ago. I kept thinking if I worked out I would lose weight but at the end of the day it was about how many calories I was intaking, so it was time I started counting. Posting this to motivate someone who might be in the same boat as I was, never wanting to track calories or feeling like it would be too hard or annoying.. it's easy and the results were pretty decent I think. First set of pics is me at 190 pounds in November. Im now 165 with more strength than before. Hardest step is the first one, after that there's little up and downs but its pretty straight forward after you see the first set of results! The goal is 155-160 and to work my way back up, this time eating properly.
