    My supplement routine on a workout day consists of the following:


    With Breakfast
    1 serving of Vita Jym multivitamin
    1 scoop Gold Standard Whey
    2 tbsp. Lecithin Granules

    Pre-gym
    I build my own preworkout consisting of the following:
    16oz. water
    1 serving (10g) of BPI's Best Aminos
    4000mg AI Sports Beta Alanine
    8g Primaforce Citruline Malate
    400mg AI Sports Caffeine

    Post Gym
    1 serving (10g) Controlled Labs Green Magnitude creatine

    Picked up each for $1 on clearance. The only separate meals are with calcium and zinc, other wise, each meal has two-three pills with a big dose of broccoli or kale.


    pre-workout(fasted training)
    -scoop of whey, wait 10 minutes, take pre-workout and hit the gym.

    Post workout
    - chocolate milk mixed with a scoop of whey.

    Usually a snack mixed in somewhere during the day like a protein bar or a couple hard boiled eggs and lots of water during the day. For the most part this has been a typical day for me since I started my journey in November but I do switch up my meals sometimes and of course I have a cheat day here and there with my kids lol.

    Today I got up at 8 and went for the kill, so fasted workout with bcaa and pre workout.


    Meal #1

    Baked Chicken breast and spanish rice with a side of broccoli and avocado salad.





    Meal #2:
    Cup oatmeal, plantain and 2 tbs cinnamon and pinch of stevia.
    -Whey shake 2 scoops and 2 eggs blended in.


    Meal #3:
    Will probably get an inflated price Chipotle beef burrito and diet soda after getting off work.

    Meal #4:
    hard boiled egg salad with lettuce, broccoli

    Lunch - Salmon Sandwhich, or Chicken, Bolied Egg.

    Pre Workout - 1 scoop of Whey Protein, 5g Creatine. Shortley afterwards, Black Coffee, 1 Banana.

    Post Workout- 1 scoop of Whey Protein, shortley afterwards a Salmon Sandwhich and 1 boiled egg.

    Dinner - Whatever the wife is making lol.

    I work out early morning around 6:30 AM, as soon as reaching home around 4:30 AM:-

    Whey:- Quickly have my Whey (ON + Cellucor) 3/4 scoop each with honey and milk.

    Pre-Workout:- If working out on Weekdays-Around 6 AM, Either PES High Volume or BPI Pump HD
    If working out on Weekends- I take ON Pre Work out, I just love it...

    Intra/Post:- Purple Wrath

    Breakfast:- Around 9 AM Rice, Chicken or Mutton curry, 2-3 Egg Whites and 1 Egg Yellow, Orange Triad and Either Oximega or BB.com Foundation Ultra Fish Oil...

    Lunch:- Around 3 PM, similar to breakfast and Multis and Fish Oil

    Around 4:30 PM, my gainer(Whey+Peanut Butter+Honey+Nuts+Banana+Oats+Apple.... ~700-750 calories in one thick shake)

    Dinner:- 4 Chapatis(Wheat flour), Beef or Chicken Fry, Curd followed with Multis and Fish Oil

    My supplement routine for a normal work day is:

    protein shake in the morning
    take bcaa multi vitamin and fish oil with breakfast
    then before working out i take cellucor preworkout
    post workout i drink a protein shake (optimum nutrition)
    then before bed i take casein

    hope i win! would really help my gains since i have trouble gaining weight!
