    Flared Ribs Issues

Hey guys, I've always had flared ribs, and I've gotten info from people telling me they'll eventually retract and it's smth normal. Idk tho, started lookin stuff up and apparently this is because of pectus excavatum WHICH, I never heard of until today. Sternum depression from pec height to sternum is around 1 cm (0.4 inches), and idk if that is pectus excavatum or smth. Anyway, is there any exercises i can incorporate in my split to bring my ribs back a little or anything?

(3-5 months old pics , ribs look the same)

Lookup breathing exercises for people with flared ribs. I found that helpful.
