Alright... this section of the forum has been a ghost town all day.
Where has everyone gone?
Did y'all done fall off the wagon and went to Dunkin' Donuts?
I was thinking it would be kind of cool for the regulars (and the not-so-regulars) to have a hangout place where we could all check in from time to time... to chat, whine, gossip , encourage each other, talk about whatever, or just say hi.
What d'ya say?
Kumbaya?

Hi Vadsie,
Everyone struggles with something.
Everyone needs a little help somewhere.
Hope you're getting help.
I agree about losing weight slow.
That's what I have done, and I am not even finished.
My new short-term goal is to reach into the low 160's.
Maybe by Easter, maybe by summer, maybe by Christmas.
Whenever.

I think this is a great thread NoCarbs. I find that once outside of the fat loss log section in bb it's just hostility everywhere, so is a great idea as it's in a "safe space" so to speak.

Yes, it could be a cold world "outside" sometimes... I am a big boy though, and have learned to keep my fists up It used to be a lot worse, I think.
Roasted SeaWeed. I liked it. Second time I had it. I have a large bag of single serving packets from Costco.
The omelette... actually, I didn't eat any of it. I had already eaten for the morning, and didn't want to stuff myself.
They devoured it.
Quickly.

Good morning, all.
I'm looking at the thread's start date. I did go to DD that day, lol. My first time in a while. I was killing time before a hair appointment and had a craving for a m*ple gl*zed donut.
NoCarbs, I decided to drop in on a w8watchers meeting last week to see what their latest program entailed. (I tracked my food religiously using their system and lost weight with it in 2010 but I haven't been disciplined enough to track regularly since then. I rely on mindful eating and portion control now. Off and on I try to get back into the habit of counting.) Anyway, their latest points calculator now asks you to input sugars (my weakness) and saturated fats. Cals, sugars, saturated fats and protein are the new inputs. The old ones were carbs, fat, protein and fiber.
I'm telling you because of your name, I guess. :Pstart where you are

Great job NoCarbs!
I missed this on sunday...so happy monday everyone? Mondays are sooo my worst day of the week lol.
Hey Jay, welcome to the chit chat thread
I was always curious about weight watchers when I was a newb but I figured counting calories was hard enough so a point system just sounded like it would be too much for me lol.=================
