For the what-the-eff sort of laughs and the motivation re: physical appearance. Everyone around me is fat or getting fatter and content with it - if I didn't have the misc to shame me into staying in shape, I would probably be the same.

Motivates me to get in better shape, agree with almost every point the misc talks about just not to the extreme misc takes it-most of my friends at college are either libs or hard core conservatives and we don't share the same opinions on a lot of stuff so it is nice tl feel like I'm not on planet Mars. Misc can be brainwashing though
