    Question Fat burner

    Hey,

I have been researching for a fat burner to take while i cut, i will test run the burner for a month and see what results i end with.
I have seen Man Scorch come up with pretty decent reviews.. is it worth buying? or is there definitely better, if so, what?

    Cheers

With the proper diet in place first and foremost, I'd say it worth checking out.

Yeah don't worry, I'm up to scratch on my diet, one of my favourite aspects of bodybuilding. Just wondered about having a fat burner as something on the side to help assist me.

For sure man, if your diet is in check and you're looking for a little edge you're the exact target market (ideally) for fat-burners

There are a lot of decent options around now. What you really want from one of these products is appetite suppression and energy, because when dietary adherence becomes easier on you weight loss will as well.

I'm a fan of PEScience Norcodrene,

It is a great appetite suppressant and gives a good, smooth stim effect for myself and many others.

Hydroxycut Hardcore Next GEN gets very favorable feedback from consumers. Be sure to follow the label's beginning instructions if you purchase because the product is strong. It complements a calorie deficit very nicely. Steady energy and appetite suppression.

EC always the way to go, another route is Alphamine, Norcodrene, or pyroxamine.

I like all 3, but pyroxamine gives you some nice feels.

Big fan of most MAN products and don't see why this would be any different provided your diet is dialed in. Other suggestions:

Norcodrene, Alphamine, ANS Diablo (Pineapple or Strawberry Kiwi ) and add in Shift, which I am running right now and really enjoying.

Shift is a caffeine-free, yohimbine-free burner. Forskolin 95% (body composition), synephrine (appetite suppression), olive leaf extract (thyroid booster), hemerocallis fulva (synergistic with forskolin), grains of paradise (activates brown fat), and rhodiola (adaptogen). Can be used solo or stacked with a stimmed burner (don't stack with something that contains additional synephrine or more than 320mg caffeine though).

You need to get your system stimulated more than normal is the bottom line. Exercise can also do this! If you insist on pills and are on a budget -caffeine pills or try some kind of hydroxycut if you have some extra funds. Hoodia to help keep the cravings down helps also.

Most OTC "fat burners" are crap in my opinion and I stopped using them for prep years ago. While I think they have a place with potential appetite suppression and energy boosts - they do not make near enough of an impact to warrant their cost.

What about the EC stack? Is it any good? Are there any side-effects?

EC is tried and true but it requires some care in my opinion. I used it once and was leery about doing cardio in the heat (running outside in the summer for example). Noticed more sweating and increased heart rate but weight did seem to drop much quicker than previous cuts.

In the end though I preferred to not run the risk and stopped using it going forward.
