Well, as this is the Keto Section, and more specifically the Keto Log section, I figured this would be a great place to log my keto diet, ehh??
I tried posting a log in another forum but a Dylan Megoofball didn't understand the premise of what a ketogenic diet was, or really anything non-performance enhancing drug related, so I guess this is a good place to start.
Diet in standing as of now.
7am Morning - 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop Greens Freak
10am Postworkout - 1 scoop ON Whey, sometimes
11am 4 egg whites, 2 pieces cheese, or 2-3 pieces of bacon
2:30ish 2 pieces swai dipped in egg and fried in olive oil
5-6ish chicken or turkey with veggies
9-10ish - 1-2 scoops on whey mixed with 300ml half n half
I don't know calories or macros, don't count them. Somedays I unintentionally do intermittent fasting until about 4pm due to a busy schedule.
Just trying to get shredded.
I am at 206lbs right now, maybe 10% bodyfat. Lifts are 475 squat, 475 dead, 295 bench.
Only supplements I am taking are whey, greens, and a preworkout.
