    A little about myself

    25 years old
    5 foot 10
    211lbs
    13% bodyfat


    I never listened to my mother growing up and never ate my greens. And now its catching up to me.

    My current diet:


    Upon Waking
    Protein Shake
    Caffeine 200-300 mg
    Green Tea Extract 500-1000 mg

    Breakfast
    30 min after wake-up
    Whole Eggs - 3
    Egg Whites - 3
    Oatmeal - 1 cup
    Grapefruit or Pomegranate - 1/2


    Late-morning snack
    Greek yogurt (10-15 grams of protein)
    8oz meat appt 30g protein
    10- 20 almonds
    Late-morning supplements


    Green Tea Extract
    500-1000 mg


    Lunch
    Lean Meat (20- 30 grams)
    Grapefruit or pomegranate


    Mid-day snack
    20- 30 grams of protein (preferably meat, but shake if on the go)
    Quinoa, Oats or some type of whole Wheat carb source (for energy for the gym)
    Mixed Nuts 1 to 2 handfuls


    Pre-workout Supplements
    15 minutes before workout
    Pre-workout drink
    Caffeine 200-300 mg
    Green Tea Extract 1000 mg
    BCAAs 5 g



    Post-workout Meal
    Within 30 minutes after workout
    Whey protein 1 scoop
    Creatine 5 g
    Glutamine 5 grams


    Dinner
    Lean Meat- 30 grams of protein
    One slow digesting carb source- ( e.g. Sweet Potato )
    Greens Freak one serving
    Olive Oil -1 tbsp
    Vinegar- 1 tbsp


    Nighttime snack
    chicken breast 8oz
    Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
    AND/OR Casien(or whey if you dont have casein) protein shake in water
    Fish Oil
    2-3 grams
    Greens Freak one serving


    Total day:
    - approximately 300 grams of Protein
    - Trying to keep carbs below 125 grams except on refeed day
    - fats as long as they’re unsaturated then I don’t need to count but try to keep saturated fat to a minimum

    Protein: fish: salmon, cod, or tuna; meat: lean ground beef, lean steaks, turkey and chicken, eggs, pork, lamb; dairy: cottage cheese, greek yogurt and whey protein
    Carbohydrates: oatmeal, fruits, whole grain bread, brown rice, vegetables like: corn, broccoli and green beans, bean salad-lima beans, kidney beans, soybeans and chick peas.
    Fats: olive oil, almonds, peanuts(not best choice but optional if need to), avocados, and walnuts


    I do not meet my micro nutrients at all, which makes me feel tired and sluggish around the evening
    I feel that my immune system is weak as i do not eat any greens

    I will do a log of this for 30 days and update it every few days starting on the 6th day

    Day 6

    I am noticing on my diet app that the greens freak is really complementing my micro intake

    I am taking some toxic supplements to the liver, so hopefully this will help keep my liver at bay, with the liver protector im already taking.

    Aside from that, GreensFreak tastes pretty good. I got the green apple flavor, and it goes well alone or with a fruit smoothie in the AM.

    So I finished the tub of GreensFreak

    Overview

    Taste:10/10. I mixed it in the morning usually. with some sort of fruit and a cup of oats.

    My immune system felt stronger, as I wasnt eating any veggies before this supplement. It really complimented my micros which I needed help with, and it also kept water bloat off.

    It did in fact maintain my bodys acid balance like it says it did

    I will be getting more of this at my local supp shop! Loved it.
