Wanted to give some quick initial impressions with this. Also, some of this (training/diet information) will be copied from the amino mega thread since I'm running both as a stack.

So, I busted open my tub today since I just received it on wednesday and mixed this up after my workout. I normally mix my whey up in water (gotta mind those cals), and it was a decent chocolate, not outstanding but not bad. I can't wait to throw this in some milk and almond milk to see how it tastes with that. I probably won't bake or cook with it since... I don't normally do that and the bio-gro addition is one of the big draw factors in this for me.

The whey mixed up great in water, with little to no foaming/grittiness/ or any other complaints.

I've previously ran Bio-Gro for a couple of month run and really enjoyed both the recovery and fullness it provided even on a calorie deficit (was slowly reverse dieting).

I'm currently running Madcow's 5x5 and today was my OHP/Deadlift today. My lifts are pretty poverty but hit 215 2x5, beltless squat, 125x5 for strict OHP, and 370 1x5 for deadlift. I'll be transitioning to a cut after my next session (pr day) so I have big expectations for the amino/whey combo.

Ideally, I'll be running this post workout on workout days and probably mid-day/evening on nonworkout days.

    REALLY LOVING THIS PROTEIN!

I have been taking a scoop in the morning before class, and another scoop post workout.

In the mornings I generally have it with 8-10 ounces of liquid in a shaker.
I have been playing around with milk, almond milk, water.
They are all good, but the higher fat content in the milk the more the creamy aspect of cookies & cream shines through.
Still quite good even in water, but more chocolate flavor than CnC to me when its not in milk.

Post workout I have been getting a bit more creative.
Mixing it into oats, shakes, and as a sludge.

My favorite way to do protein is in the Ninja blender - 1 frozen banana + 8 oz milk + 1 scoop whey + stevia + ice
Sometimes I will throw in some cocoa powder or milksplash to kick up the flavor, but this product makes for a delicious shake!

Loving it so far; workouts have been going great; no complaints!

I received my tub of chocolate sensation and tried it out yesterday. I was very impressed. I made a post-workout shake with a rounded scoop of the protein and about 8 ounces of milk. I usually like to mix my protein with water, but I was feeling like treating myself to a chocolate shake. It mixed very easily in the milk and was delicious. Very strong and rich chocolate flavor. I can't wait to try it out in other ways to see if it is just as good.

Monday 2/15/2016 Bio Active Whey Day 1

I used 2 scoops with 16 ounces of milk post workout. My 1st impression is that the consistency is very thick. I had to had alot more milk with it.Next time I am going to go with 1 scoop. It mixes great and there's no residue left and no after taste either. The taste is decent and the chocolate flavor is subtle and not overwhelming.I will be monitoring and posting my thoughts on noticeable recovery effects.

Here's a recipe for some of y'all. I don't like protein shakes, so I had to figure out something I would eat. So I made it fruity because I love fruit.

1 scoop iSatori BioActive Whey Vanilla
    8oz Trop 50 orange juice
    Handful of blueberries
    1/2 banana

Blend in the Ninja and voila!

Received mine Friday and will started using it today. I mixed 1 scoop with 8 oz of water in a shaker cup. It mixed with slight residue on the sides of the cup. The consistency was quite thick with 8 oz of water, more like a milkshake so will try to mix 1 scoop with 10 or 12 oz of water this week and will post my results.

I usually have a protein shake 2 hours before my workout and 30 minutes after my workout.

My postworkout was 1 scoop of Bio Active Whey with Triple Zero Vanilla Oikos yogurt and it taste damn good too. It makes a perfect high protein/lowfat dessert.

Meant to post on saturday after my "intensity day" but I got sidetrack hanging out with my kiddo.

Since I'm transitioning to a cut and doing IF, I've moved my amino-gro to post workout and hitting the Bio-active whey later in the day a little before my eating window.

I definitely notice favorable recovery running this stack, which I expected having run bio-gro previously.

Training wise saturday was Squat/Bench/Row - hitting 295x3, 230x4, 235x3 respectively, with some bicep/tricep work thrown in.

Today was the first workout of my cut, and it was a little rough without those extra cals. Another squat/bench/row week with a repeating week of bench since I failed last monday to get my fifth rep of 225 (wtf). Today hit 295x5, 225x4 (again, blah), 235x5 with 2 sets of Good mornings (140) and 3 sets of kneeling cable crunchs (115lbs)

I mixed the whey up with some 2% milk the saturday and sunday and it was delicious, way better than water. I plan on picking up some almond milk to mix with it since I'm on poverty cals right now - but I'll be sticking to water until that happens.

I'm not normally a greek yogurt guy, but I'm totally going to mix up a serving when I get home in the morning!

    Really loving my Bio-active whey.
I take back what I said about the flavor before.
I have the Cookies & cream... I knew it tasted different than the typical CnC, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was.
This stuff tastes like heavy whipping cream. I don't necessarily get a cookies and THEN cream flavor; which I kinda like.
However, the cream flavor is really good.

Workouts have been great as well.
Body weight was down a little bit unfortunately, but still PR'd on skwatz today!

I am enjoying the Chocolate Sensation of Bio-Active Whey mixed with 2 Tbsp of peanut butter. Definitely gives it more body and creaminess.

I want to hear more people thoughts about the bio-active peptides? I think the research there is interesting and exciting. Anyone have longer term use and seen additional anabolic benefits?

Gotta get the day's protein started so a shake every morn for me.

Darn this stuff is good. More of a malt flavor than traditional chocolate but most impressive is it's thick and creamy and stays that way even though sometimes it takes me awhile to finish a shake. None of the separation or grittiness on top u get with some other powders. Really enjoying it!

I have a shake in the morning for convenience, and then it is a nice post workout treat as well!
If I need more protein in the evening I also love utilizing it in recipes!
