Complete noob trying to figure out what I'm doing. I’m not trying to force more supplements but I have a ton and I’m wondering if I could benefit from adding any.
I'm 35, 5'9', 201lbs. Lifting 3 days/wk (5x5 Stronglifts) and cardio 2 days/wk. I've dropped 10lbs since Jan 1st and trying to maintain 1900 calories per day. My main goal right now is cutting fat.
First thing in the morning I take ON Gold Standard Pre-Workout along with BCAAs (Dymatize Nutrition BCAA Complex 2200) 2 pills before workout.
After workout I take Omega-3 fish oil (1 cap), multivitamin and 2 more BCAA pills along with an ON Gold Standard Whey Protein shake (2 scoops, 1 cup fat free milk and 2/3 or so cup water)
I have a big collection of supplements (long story). Think I should add any of these to my daily routine?
-Other pre-workouts like Cellucor C4 Ripped, Cellucor C4 50X, KRAZ4D, Naturo Nitro Decimus/Octane, Altius, Vintage Blast, Legion Pulse, Sheer Strength, Typhoon (obviously not in addition to current pre-workout)
-Post Workouts like Powerbuild, Legion recharge
-Nitrix Oxide Boosters (lots of different brands)
-Testosterone Boosters (lots)
-“Fat burners”
-Creatine
-other BCAAs, CLA, L-arginine, L-carnitine, Forskolin, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, 5-HTP, Flax Seed Oil, L-THeanine, Garcinia Cambogia and maybe a few more.
