I usually add some fruit, nuts[
] and/or milk in there.

well saw this on nutrition forum , http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=170228891, there are some options there , im personally not big on oatmeal, i rarely have it uncooked with protein powder and almond milk

Casein protein powder. Better consistency than whey. Vanilla powder + some chopped bananas + a little stevia tastes good and is very filling.

For breakfast I eat a bowl of oatmeal (cooked with water) and then add a heaped tablespoon of cottage cheese, a heaped teaspoon of ground linseed, sunflower seed and almond, then about a 1/2 cup of seasonal fruit. Yum!
