    How to add more volume to cooked oats? (60k reps)

    Does anyone know of any good ways to increase to volume to cooked oat meal?

    Casein protein powder. Better consistency than whey. Vanilla powder + some chopped bananas + a little stevia tastes good and is very filling.

    For breakfast I eat a bowl of oatmeal (cooked with water) and then add a heaped tablespoon of cottage cheese, a heaped teaspoon of ground linseed, sunflower seed and almond, then about a 1/2 cup of seasonal fruit. Yum!
