Getting this in before all the people from The Arnold come in with their strong lifts lol.
132.0...it's sub-132.2, right? Don't make me spend the rest of the day spitting, guys. Phone was having trouble focusing, this is the second time I took this and it was blurry both times, hopefully it's legible.
Here it is after playing with the contrast:
And the actual video:
Much slower and grindier than kirbly's 232, holy crap that one was impressive.Last edited by VO2Maxima; 03-04-2016 at 10:03 AM.

Had to get something on the board before it gets too late! It's been quite some time for me and flat barbell pressing so I'd like to see if I can do any better than this before the deadline. Not as great of a starting point as I had hoped though haha
edit: faaack I knew this would be poverty status but not that bad. Good work to all the dudes leading the way. I'll get an update on this in a few weeks!Last edited by openyour__eyes; 03-05-2016 at 02:15 PM.
