Just send me a PM when you post the vid. I will let you know from there if I need anything else. You dont need shiet as far as the video goes when you post it. The meet results will have your weight, all your attempts, and the judgments on them so that all that is left is for me to put your video on the leaderboard and confirm your results I like meet lifts cause the judges there have already done all the work for me

lol I meant to end that with "not srs" Come on down to my weight class if you want to. ffguitarist is usually in the 220 Class so my next attempt will be in the 242 . Not that my bench stands a chance in that class either but I already see a few 220 Classers that are going to kill me(you included)

Got 290 @ 164 the other week but my shoulder's hurting. Ill make a video towards the end if that's still top 3 @165. Otherwise ill keep rehabbing

I would've been well on my way there but I've basically quit benching because nothing injures me as frequently and consistently as bench. My shoulders feel way better with overhead pressing. I'm gonna pick benching back up for a couple weeks to put up a crappy submission for this contest, though because I was the only 275+ to even submit a video in the deadlift comp.
