Still, Wentz has a tendency to hold onto the ball pretty long and I trust Lane way more protecting his blindside than Vitai.

Most times he’s trying to extend the play and he doesn’t mind sitting in the pocket while it collapses. The issue is your RT getting blown up before you can even drop back and von Miller is already in your face. They should work on snap counts this week and see about trying to get him offsides a bit.

You're not going to get those crazy escape for 1st down runs or the plays that he makes down the field after escaping pressure unless he holds onto the ball a bit longer than he should.

He will always hold onto the ball as long as possible, but I think we're going to have to live with it. He never gives up on any drives.

Howie is one wheeling dealing son of a gun. Straight up robbed the Dolphins at gunpoint. We gave away a 4th rounder for a RB under 25 and has proven he can play. I know there’s issues with his knees and personality but if he doesn’t work out all we lost is a 4th

Ya I heard some analysis on the last game the other day and apparently the consensus was that Wentz does have a tendency to hold the ball for too long, so on some of those plays you couldn't really blame the Oline.
