I’m thinking we are phucked if we don’t come out and punch them in the mouth early. The offense can’t stall for a half and expect the defense to consistently stop a team with momentum. Gotta stop Zeke and force Dak to throw and our secondary has to play to the best of their abilities. Honestly, does it really matter? We have the rams and the Texans while the hardest team after this week for them is the colts. Gonna be a nail biter if we win.

This post aged well. Might as well sit Wentz out and put Foles in. At this point it might be worth it to keep him around.

Defense showed up today playing with literal 6th string CB's.

Offense is pathetic, all those turnovers and you couldn't muster enough points to win it in regulation.

This team needs to fire somebody and shake things up, probably our Wide Receivers coach turned Offensive Coordinator.

Yea we really need help with offensive coaching. How do you have Wentz, Jeffrey, Tate, Ertz, Goeddert, Sproles & other rbs and not have a Rams/Saints type of production?? I don't know how it is so different from last year.

Actually pretty impressed by the defense causing that much trouble with such injuries.

I hate bashing refs cuz I feel like it’s a cop out but godamn I don’t agree with that fumble recovery call at the beginning and that Goedert long td call back.

There were plenty of reasons why the Eagles, as a team, lost that game, but those two egregious misscalls changes everything. You can’t tell me those refs didn’t get a nice Xmas check from Santa Jerry. With that being said, a simple PAT that was missed was all we needed to win the game.

I gotta agree. The PAT was killer and Eagles defense allowed 576 yards. This has to be the final straw for Jim Schwartz era.


I dont even want to watch the bloodbath at the hands of the Rams offense next week. I will still watch it but it will be painful as hell.

I couldn't watch the game but saw the highlights and heard all the BS. At least we made it a game. Our defense is putrid. Offense has all the weapons but we're not doing chit with them. The season is over for us, oh well. A lot to do in the offseason.

Two bad teams. I mean Dallas was playing against a defense compiled off mostly guys that belong on a practice squad. We don't miss an extra point? We win. Refs aren't a joke? We probably win. At least it'll be satisfying to watch Dallas go one and done in the playoffs. Frustrating game though, that last tip drill touchdown summed up the entire season.

At least the Superbowl hangover monkey is finally off our backs. This just felt like a cursed season since week 2. I expect a new offensive coach, a second-place schedule, and a long healthy offseason to bring us back to contention.

Honestly looking at other teams (besides the Patriots) the Superbowl hangover is real sh*t, and almost every team will bounce back after the hangover year.

Also, consider that Wentz is in his third year coming off a horrible injury that caused him to miss offseason and preseason. Not to mention the injuries around him on offense and he's still sitting at 69.6% completion rating, 3,074 yards, 21 touchdowns and 7 interceptions in 11 games played. That's pretty fuking solid. Our season is over, he's our franchise, bench him for the rest of the year

I missed that part....that has a chance of getting blown up by the media.

His stats werent bad with all the circumstances factored in. The season is basically over why risk putting him on the shelf longer. He is the franchise and anyone that questions is either dumb or trying to be a pseudo-intellectual.

I'm sure the Bears will not need motivation. If they lose to Minny next week, they get to see them back-to-back in the Wildcard round. Not to mention they may be battling for seeding if LA or NO lose.

Yea it would be a perfect representation of this season if we end with three wins and still don't make the playoffs. We gave away too many games early in this season that should have been easy wins.
